1, How soon should i expect to receive my order?

 

We hand make all our items to order, at the moment we have a 14 day order list to work though. However if you do need a particular order in a rush please drop us a message and we will do our best to give your order priority if we can. :)

If you haven't received a shipment notification please double check your junk folder, shipment notifications sometimes end up there.  

 

2, My child wears cloth nappies, are you able to adjust the design to give some extra room?

 

Absolutely, we have done this for a few customers and they have been very happy. Please let us know if you would like any alterations, extra room or maybe a longer leg etc..

 

3. Are you able to gift wrap my order and deliver to a different address?

 

Yes, all our orders are packaged in gift boxes and presented in tissue paper with a House of Margaux sticker. We are also happy to add a personal message on our special House of Margaux cards, please e-mail us your order number with the message you would like to add. We also use paper free invoicing via email. Just pop the address you would like us to send the order to in the delivery address box. 

 

4. Is your packaging enviormantal friendly?

We do our best to use as little packaging as possible and most of what we do use is recyclable and biodegradable, even the tape we use is vegan :)

 

5. Can i return my order if it does not fit?

 

Yes, we are happy to take return on any item as long as it has not be worn and is in 'as shipped' condition, Please check our sizing chart to help you choose the right size but if your order is not quite right please return it and we can make you up another size.

 

6. Do you have any discount codes?

 

We do, on occasion put out discount codes. These will go out to all our subscribers. so please subscribe to our mailing list.
